The West Norfolk Partnership commissioned MGA to evaluate this programme funded via the Local Area Agreement.

The evaluation comprised:

• An assessment of overall progress against the original action plan,
• An assessment of the programme’s impact upon the quality of life across the five neighbourhoods,
• An assessment of governance and leadership arrangements including the contribution of the West Norfolk Partnership,
• Recommendations for future action planning, mainstreaming and rolling out of approach within the context of a Local Government Review,
• Proposal for the framework for the final evaluation of the programme.
