In an interim management role, we delivered strategic programme development and implementation support for a Neighbourhood Element funded Neighbourhood Management initiative in Greater Dogsthorpe. We reconfigured and trained the partnership, built key relationships with services and delivered the first programme action plan. We were retained to advise the Council, co-ordinate partners and deliver an options study for a joint service centre at John Mansfield School in Dogsthorpe that was due for closure.
