Supporting Family Mosaic’s competitive dialogue to acquire a development site for an affordable housing development, we were engaged to undertake an options appraisal and viability study for the new community facility. Our approach developed a full understanding of the neighbourhood, the community living there, the supply of community facilities and potential demand. In today’s climate, viability through anchor tenants and sustainable income streams must be built in to the development of any new community facility. Our work was particularly valued and we’ve since been re-commissioned to work on further sites Family Mosaic are involved with.
