Tendring District Council were looking for assistance in helping them with the overall direction and delivery for a SSCF funded neighbourhood and town centre programme for Jaywick and Clacton in Essex. Over four months we recruited a local partnership, developed its constitution and delivery plan for the area in liaison with the Government Office for the East. We also delivered a town centre strategy in line with the district’s town centre regeneration framework and recruited the team.
